For the free lessons: your email address, the clubs you picked and the level you chose. Nothing else — no name required, no phone number, no address.

Only to send you the free lessons you asked for, at the level you chose. That is the entire purpose.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

If you support English FC (€3.50/month or €35/year), an account is created from the email you used at checkout. It stores: that email, your payment reference from Stripe (never your card — English FC never sees it), the start and end dates of your access, a log of the files you download, and a scrambled (hashed) fingerprint of your connection used only to spot abuse. This is the minimum needed to give you the downloads you paid for — the legal basis is the contract you bought.

There are no passwords. You type your email, a one-time sign-in link arrives in your inbox, and it works once and expires in 15 minutes. Signing in stores one strictly-necessary cookie so the site knows it's you; it holds a random code, nothing about you, and is deleted when you log out.

The free-lesson list is held by Kit (Kit.com), the email service that sends the lessons. Payments are handled by Stripe (checkout is 'Sold through Onelink', Stripe's merchant-of-record service, which handles VAT). Sign-in links and receipts are sent through Resend. The site, its database and the download files are hosted by Cloudflare. Each processes data only on English FC's instructions.

Never. No advertisers, no data brokers, no partners.

No advertising cookies, no analytics and no cross-site tracking. If you agree to it, the site keeps one entry in your browser holding the clubs and level you ticked, so the sign-up form is filled in next time. If you say no, it keeps only that refusal so it stops asking. Supporters who sign in also get the one strictly-necessary session cookie described above. Nothing here identifies you to anyone else and nothing is sent anywhere.

Kit records whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. That is how I know which lessons land and which addresses have gone stale. It is never shared, never sold, and if you would rather it did not happen, reply and say so and I will switch it off for you.

Free list: until you unsubscribe, or after two years with no opens or clicks at all — then it is deleted. Supporter accounts: download logs and sign-in records are deleted after 180 days; payment records are kept as long as the law requires financial records to be kept, even after the account is deleted.

Both tiers renew automatically and you can cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt — you keep everything until the period you paid for ends. Because the downloads are digital content you can access immediately, checkout asks you to agree that access starts straight away and that this waives the usual 14-day change-of-mind window, as UK and EU consumer law allows. If something is wrong with what you paid for, write to hello@englishfc.co.uk and it will be put right or refunded.

Reply to any lesson email, or write to hello@englishfc.co.uk — there is also a delete-my-data button on your account page. Done within 30 days, usually the same week. Deleting your account removes your email and download history; only the bare payment records the law requires stay.
